Frequently asked Questions

Still not sure? Here are a few details.

Which statuses come with Dart?
Every workspace starts with To-do, Doing, and Done. On Premium and Business, you can add statuses like Code review or QA, rename and recolor them, and drag them into the order you want.
What are status categories?
Each status belongs to one of five categories: Unstarted, Started, Blocked, Finished, or Canceled. Categories tell Dart what a status means, so shortcuts work with any names you choose and finished or canceled tasks count as complete.
Are there keyboard shortcuts for status?
Yes. Press S to choose a status, F to mark a task done, or 1 through 5 to cycle through the statuses in each category. Shortcuts apply to every selected task.
