Frequently asked Questions

Still not sure? Here are a few details.

Which charts can I add to a dashboard?
Bar, line, pie, number, table, burn-up, and text charts. Each one is built from your tasks, grouped by properties like status, assignee, dartboard, priority, tags, or your own custom properties.
Can I sum or average values instead of counting tasks?
Yes. Bar, number, and table charts can sum or average size, tracked time, or a custom number property. Without one, they count tasks.
Do dashboards update automatically?
Yes. Charts reload on their own when tasks change, and when someone moves or resizes a chart, everyone with access sees it right away.
Who can see a dashboard?
New dashboards are private to you. Use Manage sharing to give specific teammates access or open it to the entire workspace. Guests can't see dashboards.
Which plans include dashboards?
Every plan includes one dashboard, and every workspace starts with an Overview dashboard. Business adds unlimited dashboards and burn-up charts.
